Eligibility for Refunds
At sorivanquilo, we understand that circumstances change and educational investments need to align with your goals. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fairness while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Course withdrawal within 14 days of initial enrollment for online programs
- Program cancellation due to insufficient enrollment (full refund provided)
- Technical issues preventing access to course materials for more than 7 consecutive days
- Medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances (documentation required)
- Dissatisfaction with course content quality within the first 30 days of access
Important Note
Refund eligibility decreases as you progress through course materials. Programs with more than 40% completion are generally not eligible for refunds, except in exceptional circumstances.

Initial Review
Our student services team reviews your request within 2-3 business days and confirms receipt via email with a reference number.
Detailed Assessment
We conduct a thorough review of your course progress, circumstances, and eligibility criteria. This process takes 5-7 business days.
Decision and Processing
You'll receive a detailed decision email. If approved, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
Expected Timeline
Total processing time from request to refund completion: 14-21 business days. Complex cases involving documentation review may require additional time.
Refund Amounts and Calculations
Refund amounts depend on several factors including timing, course completion, and payment method. Here's how we calculate refunds:
Full Refunds (100%): Available within 14 days of enrollment with less than 10% course completion, or due to program cancellation by sorivanquilo.
Partial Refunds (50-75%): Available within 30 days of enrollment with 10-40% course completion, minus any processing fees and completed module costs.
Administrative Refunds: In cases of technical failures or billing errors, full refunds are provided regardless of completion status.
Payment Method Considerations
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take 10-15 business days. Payment plan refunds are calculated based on completed payments minus applicable fees.

We recognize that life presents unexpected challenges. sorivanquilo considers special circumstances on a case-by-case basis:
- Medical emergencies: Documented medical conditions may qualify for extended refund periods or program deferrals
- Military deployment: Active duty personnel receive special consideration with flexible refund terms
- Job loss or financial hardship: We offer payment plan modifications and potential partial refunds
- Family emergencies: Documented family crises may extend normal refund deadlines
